If you are interested in simply purchasing a Mason Monkey, stay tuned, I am working on two plans.
Plan A is to open a shop on Etsy but they have a policy against things like this which is why I also have a Plan B.
Plan B is to create a marketplace for buyers and sellers to connect on Twitter @MasonMonkey2.
If you want to make your own Mason Monkey or replace a broken or missing part, the sources are listed below.
By sourcing the components below with the intent to build a water pipe, you agree to the licensing terms on the Licensing page.
The standard mason jar has a 2.75" lid (70mm). The jars come in various sizes. Select one with a height of at least 4" (100mm). You will need the standard Mason Cap, all other components are universal.
These are widely available but here is a source:

The wide mouth mason jar has a 3.3" lid (85mm). The jars come in various sizes. Select one with a height of at least 4" (100mm). You will need the wide mouth Mason Cap, all other components are universal.

The STL file can be loaded in to Cura where you can then establish 3D printing criteria for the material you are using and you specific printer. I have print in both PLA and PETG with very similar results.
Here is the STL file: Wide Mouth
Bowls need to be 14mm so that they mate with the downstem. There is not much other variation except the color of the handle.

Downstems come in various dimensions. The Mason Cap has an 18mm hole so you are looking for 18mm outside diameter and 14mm inside diameter. The length is up to you but I recommend longer steps to ensure good diffusion.

The mouthpiece is made from vinyl tubing, 1/2" inside diameter, 5/8" outside diameter. You can get this at almost any building supply store.
Here it is at Home Depot:
Pool noodles are everywhere in the summer but a little hard to find in the winter.

Finding a box that is 4"x4"x7.5" was impossible so I got the 4"x4"x24" and cut it. You get two plus a little extra. Cutting is tricky because you need to account for flaps but I am sure you can figure it out.
The extra cardboard is great for additional packing.
