The Mason Monkey(tm) name, mark and brand are property of Throttle IQ, LLC.

The Mason Monkey pipe is open source which means:

• You can make one for yourself,

• You can make them for your friends,

• You can even sell them and earn a profit for your hard work - totally cool.

What you cannot do is:

• Reverse engineer, modify, or create any kind of derivative design without expressed permission from Throttle IQ, LLC,

• Rebrand the device in any way,

• Remove the Mason Monkey logo and/or the MasonMonkey.com web address.

The reasons should be obvious, the developer would like to get something in return for design and development including but not limited to merchandizing the brand.
